Nike Batting Gloves
I tested out a lot of different stuff while I was at my aunt’s house. Everything from different kinds of baseball bats to different models of catcher’s mitts, to Nike batting gloves. I think I grew a lot as a player during those months. All the practice helped a lot. I’m not denying that. But it was more. I think I progressed because it was a summer full of testing out new gear and ways of doing things that I had never tried before. Whether it turns out to be good or bad, just trying new stuff helps you grow as a player.

Out of everything that I tried out I think I’ll wind up keeping less than half to incorporate into how I play the game for my team. The Nike batting gloves are going to be one of them. I found them to be very comfortable to play in. I was able to get a really nice grip on the bat. Which, of course, helped my hitting. I like to have every little edge I can get when I play. And even when I'm practicing too. My coach always tells me to put everything into the parcatice just like it was a real game. I agree with him on that. I see a lot of people scale down the energy they put into practice sessions like they aren't as important. I think that if you treat them like they mean as much as any real game you're playing they'll do ten times more for you. So I like to keep everything exactly the same. If I like a certain kind of bat, I use it for practice as well as the game. If I wear Nike batting gloves for the game, I wear Nike batting gloves for practice too.
This makes a lot of sense to me. My cousins always use different gear for practice. They save what they think is their best equipment, which is usually more expensive, for the games they play. That's just strange to me. Different bats give you a different kind of swing on the ball. It's apples and oranges if you're serious about the game. They're not as serious about it as I am though. I think they all just play for fun. I have fun with it too, but I want to take me and my Nike batting gloves to the next level and play with the pros. I want to have thousands of people come to the arenas to cheer me on. Or even to boo me, for that matter. As long as they come to a game that I'm in. I think that would be better than just about anything in the world.
I can't wait to be back in the dugout with the crowd going wild. I bet the first time with that just puts your stomach in knots. It'll be such a rush to push through that feeling, put on my Nike batting gloves, grab my bat, and go out there to play some baseball.
